Job Role: Field Service Engineer
Location: Glastonbury, Somerset (accepting applications from South Western areas)
Salary: 拢33,000-拢35,000 base salary (OTE 拢46,000+)
Hours: Monday-Friday 08.00-16.00 + Door to Door Paid + Overtime @ 1.5x
Job Type: Full time, Permanent
The client:

Due to continuous growth, we are looking for a skilled electromechanical engineer interested in learning, developing and progressing within the industrial cleaning machinery sector.

The Duties:
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 To attend breakdowns, service and installations on an array of industrial cleaning equipment, operating in a 1 hour radius of your area.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 The use of manual hand tools (Spanners, Screwdrivers), electrical hand tools (powered drills, grinders), lifting equipment (lifting slangs, hoists etc), Hot working tools (Blowtorch, heat guns)
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 To carry out electrical, electronic, mechanical fault finding and repairs on industrial cleaning equipment, IG Engines (Petrol, Diesel, LPG).
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 To manage your time effectively to ensure work is carried out to a high standard in a timely manner.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Update job reports and order parts when necessary.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ensure Health & Safety Procedures are followed
The Requirements:
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Electrical, Electrical and/or Mechanical fault finding, repair & service experience would be advantageous.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 A good level of electrical or mechanical knowledge, similar roles could include plant engineer, maintenance engineer, hydraulic engineer, pneumatic engineer, mechanical fitter.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Relevant qualifications NVQ or City and Guilds in mechanical/electrical engineering- not essential but would be an advantage.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Experience using electrical & mechanical tools.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Previous experience as a mechanical, electrical or field based engineer. Any experience surrounding Industrial Batteries, IC Engines or Industrial floor cleaning would be advantageous.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Full UK Drivers License
