Job role: Multi trader
Location: Somerset
Your responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out repairs and maintenance tasks in different trades, including plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general building maintenance.
- Responding to service requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensuring all work is completed to high-quality standards and in compliance with relevant regulations.
- Working with other team members and contractors to gain good project goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Multi Trader.
- Relevant trade qualifications in plumbing, carpentry, or another related field.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance.
Skills:
- Plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Customer-focused approach with good communication skills.
- Good problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail.
