Are you a Domestic Gas / Heating Engineer looking for a new opportunity working in the Somerset region with NO on call rota.

Would you like to work with a company that will put you through your Commercial Gas tickets and offer you the training and hands on experience to be fully qualified in Commercial gas within the next 2-3 years.

This regional Plumbing and Heating business are recruiting for both Service and Maintenance Engineer and also an installation engineer due to new contracts being awarded.

With their office based in Glastonbury they are looking for candidates that live within a 30-45min commute, you will cover sites in the following areas, Somerset, including Bath, some parts of Wiltshire being around the Calne, Chippenham area. Down as far as Yeovil and across to the M5 Taunton / Bridgewater.

As Domestic Gas Service and Maintenance Engineer you will be responsible for planned and reactive works to various sites which includes privately own domestic properties, schools and care homes.

As Domestic Gas Installation Engineer you will be responsible for working with various high end builders that need boilers and plumbing systems installed on properties they are building. some properties can be in the value of 1 million plus.

This role is based on working 40 hours per week with overtime available, due to the nature of their contracts there is NO call out rota for either of these positions.

The successful candidates will need to be ACS qualified and have relevant experience within Service, Breakdown and repairs or installation of Domestic boilers and Plumbing systems.

You will also require a driving licence as these are mobile positions, a van and fuel card will be provided by the employer.
