EYFS SEN Teaching Assistant Apprentice Required Afternoons from November 2024


The Headteacher and Governors are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, innovative and creative Early Years Foundation Stage 1:1 Teaching Assistant for a child with Special Educational Needs. This is a part-time position, 16.25h per week, commencing 4th November (if available and pre-employment checks are satisfactory) for one year in the first instance. Relevant experience and a Level 3 qualification in Education are desirable.

We are looking for someone who is inclusive, energetic, patient, resilient and fun loving. Our EYFS children receive high quality care, are kept safe and are provided with planned and stimulating play experiences which meet their individual needs and support all aspects of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.


Relevant experience is defined as:

Nursery: 1 year

Employed childcare: 1 year

SEN experience
