The Recruitment Co are hiring an Asset Operations Manager for our client in Glenrothes!!


Pay: £57,261 - £63,624 DOE
Location: Glenrothes
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
Contract: Permanent


Your role as an Asset Operations Manager


  • Oversee the provision of operational services for assets, including all facets of the Kingdom Groups' scheduled maintenance, voids, grounds upkeep, repairs, and managed shops.

  • You will be the main point of contact for all operational activities involving assets.

  • Managing a sizable group of staff members and service experts.

  • Oversee and enable your teams to provide outstanding customer service while making sure that all asset operating services are provided to a high degree.

  • Cooperate with managers from all areas of the company.

  • Provide maintenance and repair services around-the-clock.

  • Hiring, educating, and supervising departmental colleagues.

  • In charge of overseeing the depot site's operations.

  • Accountability for overseeing the management of KPIs across Asset Operations.

  • Accountability and responsibility for the budget for asset operations within every department.


What we are looking for


  • Capacity to oversee, create, implement, and lead performance-focused asset operations while managing a large workforce.

  • A track record of increasing productivity and implementing VFM (Value For Money) solutions that provide excellent customer experiences and corporate value.

  • Experience managing groups with a customer-focused approach.

  • Shown expertise in contract and stakeholder management.

  • Proficiency in creating business plans.

  • Demonstrated capacity to guide and motivate excellent performance and standards of quality.

  • Proven ability for team coaching and mentoring.

  • Proven flexibility in responding to shifting business needs.

  • Strong practical understanding of the laws and rules pertaining to the housing industry.
