We are looking for a number of Joiners for our Glenrothes based client. There will be a minimum of 6 months work available.
The business build kits for houses offsite in a factory and they are then shipped to site to be built and finished.
To be suitable for this role you will have the following skills and experience:
- Fully qualified joiner with a valid CSCS card.
- Ability to carry out all round joinery duties.
- Experience in kit erection as well as finishing work.
- A team player and used to working to tight timescales and deadlines.
- Reliability is essential !
- Experience working with SIPs panels would be preferred but not essential.
Please note that semi-skilled Joiners will also be considered and there will be scope for training and development in the role.
- The rate will be up to 25ph depending on level of experience!
- The hours are Monday - Friday 7am - 6pm (10-hour days paid)
- This role will be self-employed and will require you to have a UTR number and paid CIS.
