We are seeking an experienced and skilled Electrical Supervisor to join our clients team for anindustrial project. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all electrical work on-site, ensuring the timely and safe execution of electrical installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to deliver high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate electrical work on the industrial project site.
- Ensure electrical installations meet safety standards, building codes, and project specifications.
- Manage a team of electricians, providing leadership, training, and performance monitoring.
- Inspect and verify electrical systems, equipment, and wiring to ensure compliance with electrical safety regulations.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement corrective measures.
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure electrical aspects of the project are delivered on time and within budget.
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, including testing reports, safety checklists, and project progress.
- Conduct regular safety meetings and enforce safety protocols on-site.
- Order materials and equipment needed for electrical installations and ensure proper stock levels.
- Monitor work progress, quality, and efficiency to meet project deadlines.
Requirements:
- Gold ECS card or above
- SSSTS / SMSTS
- Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor in an industrial or construction setting.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and safety standards.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with large-scale industrial projects preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and handle on-site challenges.
