Our client is based in Fife and is one of the Worlds top Oil and Gas producing companies. They are looking for an Electrical Engineer on a contract basis to evaluate and report on engineering work performed both internally and by Contractors and Sub Contractors to ensure the highest standards are achieved at all times.
Please note this role is INSIDE IR35 and a salary in the region of 95K (Negotiable) is on offer
Responsibilities
- Facilitate and coordinate discipline engineering technical work products
- Identify and assess deviations to Contract Technical Specifications and regulatory requirements and ensure that the deviations will be processed to the highest standards and also maintain the Deviation Control log
- Receive and advise engineering queries from Contractor and Sub Contractors including technical requests
- Keep the Lead Engineer updated on all progress
- Promote and drive capital efficiency's in engineering design
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in electrical engineering
- Extensive knowledge of design standards, specifications, codes, and H&S
- 18th Edition (Ideally)
- CompEx Ex12 (Ideally)
