References covering the last 2 years are also necessary for the application.

Requirements:

Minimum of at least 1 year experience as a HCA
Relevant training including Practical Basic Life Support & Manual Handling
Care certificate (if you do not have this then you must be willing to complete)
PVG (must be on the update service)
Provide references that cover last 2 years
