About the Role:

We are delighted to be recruiting for an HR Generalist to join an organisation in Glenrothes on a fixed-term contract. This hybrid role offers an exciting opportunity to provide expert HR support and guidance across all levels of the business.

This position is ideal for an experienced HR professional with strong stakeholder management skills, in-depth knowledge of employment law, and experience managing HR processes, procedures, and policies. Expertise in data analytics and Power BI is also essential to support HR reporting and drive data-informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide HR support, guidance, and advice to managers, senior managers, and directors.

- Offer expert advice on employee relations (ER) issues, including grievances, disciplinary matters, and performance management.

- Ensure HR processes, procedures, and policies are up-to-date, legally compliant, and effectively implemented.

- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to address HR challenges and provide tailored solutions.

- Use data analytics and Power BI to create insightful HR reports that inform decision-making.

- Contribute to projects focused on enhancing employee engagement and retention.

- Maintain compliance with employment law, ensuring best practices are upheld across the organisation.

Candidate Profile:

- Proven experience in a generalist HR role, with expertise in employment law and policy management.

- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.

- Experience using data analytics and Power BI to create impactful HR reports and insights.

- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
