A reputable legal firm based in Fife, is seeking an experienced Senior Legal Secretary to join their team. In this key role, you will provide high-level secretarial and administrative support to the Partners, with a focus on Private Client and Conveyancing matters.

Key responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day diary and correspondence for assigned Partners
- Prepare and process a variety of legal documents with a high level of accuracy
- Liaise with clients, third-party organisations and other stakeholders
- Coordinate and oversee the work of more junior secretarial staff
- Contribute to the smooth running of the department through efficient workflow management

The ideal candidate will have:
- Substantial experience as a Senior Legal Secretary, ideally within a Private Client and/or Conveyancing environment
- Excellent typing and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Experience in leading and supervising a team
- Proficient in using legal software and Microsoft Office applications
- A proactive, adaptable and customer-focused approach
