Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee goods receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch processes.
  • Maintain health & safety standards through regular risk assessments and adherence to compliance regulations.
  • Ensure stock accuracy and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
  • Collaborate with customer service, transport and production teams to ensure smooth, coordinated operations.
  • Manage warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet handling equipment, ensuring all machinery is maintained.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase warehouse efficiency and productivity.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven warehouse management experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Experience using warehouse management IT systems is crucial.
