Our manufacturing client in Fife is seeking to hire a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer to enhance their engineering team.
The position involves proactive and reactive maintenance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with responsibilities including workload assessment in the absence of a supervisor.
Candidates should be apprentice trained with an HND/HNC or equivalent qualification, along with desirable experience in manufacturing.
Knowledge of conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, motors, and PLC fault finding is essential for this role.
The salary for this position is competitive, and candidates are expected to have relevant experience in a manufacturing setting.

Our fast paced manufacturing client, based in Fife and are looking to recruit a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer to join the team and support the engineering function. This is a fantastic opportunity to work a dayshift/nightshift rota.

The role:

Proactive/reactive maintenance within a manufacturing environment
In the absence of immediate supervisor, assess and prioritise your own workload to ensure downtime is kept to a minimum.
Support the install of new machines and equipment to manufacturer specifications.

The candidate:

Apprentice trained, HND/HNC or equivalent qualification
Fast paced manufacturing experience is desirable
Working knowledge of conveyors, pumps, gearboxes & motors will be expected in this role as will PLC fault finding experience
Manufacturing background would be preferred
