We are recruiting for a mechanical maintenance engineer / commercial plumber to support facilities contracts in the Fife area providing PPM and reactive maintenance and small works projects.
The role is a permanent position. This is a Mobile role, therefore a UK Driving License is required as a company van will be provided.
The position is Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, Plus Overtime
Flexible Start Times can be discussed at Interview stage.
You will be expected to be a part of a on call rota

Plumber / Mechanical Engineer Description:
Complete fault finding & repair of a range of mechanical plantroom
Completing maintenance on water systems, pipework and fixtures, radiators etc.
Pump, valve and general plant upkeep
Responsibly for diagnosing and rectifying mechanical faults, ensuring all statutory requirements are maintained.
Submission of clear, concise & accurate reports of work carried out
Small works projects
Leak repair
Compliance checks, tap temps and TMV's etc.
Basic overlap with HVAC plant where required (i.e. fan coil units etc.)

Requirements:
Completed a recognised Mechanical / Plumbing Apprenticeship (Preferred not Essential)
City and Guilds Qualification in Heating or Plumbing
Conversant with Mechanical Plant / Plumbing related Building Services
PPM's and reactive maintenance experience
Commercial facility and plant room experience
Valid driving license
