Escape Recruitment is partnering with a well-established client in Fife to recruit a Quality Technician. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading organisation committed to quality and continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of products to ensure they meet the required quality standards.
- Perform measurements, tests, and analysis using various tools and equipment.
- Assist in root cause analysis and contribute to continuous improvement projects.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
- Maintain accurate documentation of quality control activities and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with internal standards, customer requirements, and industry regulations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a quality technician or quality control role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of quality inspection techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
This role would suit candidates who have either worked within a quality department before (QC/QA etc) or have experience as a process/production technician with a level responsibility for quality within their role.
