Escape Recruitment is partnering with a well-established client in Fife to recruit a Quality Technician. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading organisation committed to quality and continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular inspections and audits of products to ensure they meet the required quality standards.
  • Perform measurements, tests, and analysis using various tools and equipment.
  • Assist in root cause analysis and contribute to continuous improvement projects.
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of quality control activities and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with internal standards, customer requirements, and industry regulations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a quality technician or quality control role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of quality inspection techniques.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

This role would suit candidates who have either worked within a quality department before (QC/QA etc) or have experience as a process/production technician with a level responsibility for quality within their role.
