As a vital part of our store team, you’ll ensure our customers have a great shopping experience every time they visit. From helping with queries to ensuring shelves are fully stocked, your role will be key in maintaining ASDA’s high standards of customer care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service by greeting, assisting, and serving customers.
  • Handle customer queries efficiently and with a positive attitude.
  • Operate tills, process transactions, and handle cash/credit card payments.
  • Replenish stock on shelves and ensure the store is clean and well-presented.
  • Support colleagues in other departments as needed.
  • Adhere to health and safety policies to ensure a safe working environment for all

Requirements:
