Job Title: Full time Support workerLocation: Fife£12-£15 per hourJob Description: I have a fantastic opportunity for a support worker looking for full-time work in the Fife area. The role will require supporting elderly service users in a care home setting.As a Support Worker, you will play a key role in leading and supporting a team of support workers to deliver high-quality care and support to our clients. This is a role where you will have the great opportunity of working full time hours in a great service. A variety of shift are availble including early, lates and waking nights with the potential of working a condensed week with long day shift. Responsibilities:* Providing exceptional care to service users* Coordinating and allocating work tasks, ensuring that support is delivered effectively and in line with individual care plans* Providing hands-on support to individuals with elderly care needs* Liaising with families, carers, and external professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to care* Monitoring and reporting on the progress and well-being of clientsRequirements:* Previous experience working in a similar role within the social care sector* NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent* Experience of working with individuals in a care setting* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Ability to work effectively as part of a team* A commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred careBenefits:* Great rate of pay* Comprehensive training and development opportunitiesHow to Apply: If you have the skills and experience required for this role and are passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of others, I would love to hear from you.
