Connect Appointments is seeking a dedicated Advocacy Worker on behalf of a respected organisation committed to empowering individuals and supporting their rights.

This role involves working with individuals who face challenges in decision-making due to various circumstances, ensuring their voices are represented and respected.

The position is based in Fife, with travel required to support clients in a variety of settings, including home visits, hospitals, and care facilities.

Your key responsibilities?

  • Provide individual advocacy support to clients across Fife
  • Help clients understand their rights and make informed decisions
  • Represent and support clients in meetings and appointments
  • Collaborate with other professionals involved in client care
  • Maintain accurate, confidential records in line with organisational standards

What do you need?

  • PVG membership (Protecting Vulnerable Groups) - essential
  • Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle for travel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong sense of empathy
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing client needs
