We are looking for an organised, methodical, and self-motivated Bid Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role will play a key part in supporting the Bid Team, ensuring the timely submission and compliance of tenders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and check daily sources for new tender opportunities
  • Complete customer questionnaires and compliance documents with accuracy
  • Analyse client documents, debate requirements, and assess PQQ (Pre-Qualification Questionnaire) criteria
  • Maintain a central register of tenders and track submission outcomes
  • Ensure all policies remain current and coordinate with departments for certifications
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including meeting coordination, diary management, minute taking, and report collation
  • Support the Head of Bids & Tenders in formatting and compiling bid submission documents

Key Skills and Attributes:

  • Prior experience in a bid team is an asset but not essential, as training will be provided
  • Experience in project support or administrative roles
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work flexibly and prioritize within tight deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative approach
  • Ability to use initiative and work independently
