Job Title:Bid Coordinator

Salary:25,000 - 30,000
We are looking for an organised, methodical, and self-motivated Bid Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role will play a key part in supporting the Bid Team, ensuring the timely submission and compliance of tenders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and check daily sources for new tender opportunities
- Complete customer questionnaires and compliance documents with accuracy
- Analyse client documents, debate requirements, and assess PQQ (Pre-Qualification Questionnaire) criteria
- Maintain a central register of tenders and track submission outcomes
- Ensure all policies remain current and coordinate with departments for certifications
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including meeting coordination, diary management, minute taking, and report collation
- Support the Head of Bids & Tenders in formatting and compiling bid submission documents
Key Skills and Attributes:
- Prior experience in a bid team is an asset but not essential, as training will be provided
- Experience in project support or administrative roles
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work flexibly and prioritize within tight deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative approach
- Ability to use initiative and work independently
