Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

Provide individualised care and support to young residents.
Serve as a role model and advocate for the young people.
Work proactively within a professional care team.
Requirements:

Empathy and a passion for helping young people.
Ability to build positive relationships.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Willingness to work alternate weekends and bank holidays.
Ability to participate in physical activities.
Must be over the age of 21.
Prior knowledge of child protection issues and understanding of the development needs of children and young people is desirable but not essential.
Shift Patterns:

7:30 - 16:30 and 13:00 - 22:00 with alternate weekends off.
Willingness to do overnight stays (sleep-ins on a rota basis).
