We’re hiring for a Sales Administrator to join a bubbly office-based team in Glossop.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with order processing, customer service, and CRM experience to become an integral part of a well-established company.

- £24,000 per year
- Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm
- Early finish on Fridays

What will you be doing as a Sales Administrator?
- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently through internal systems
- Managing CRM data and ensuring records are up to date
- Handling inbound enquiries via phone and email
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting customer issues
- Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
- Learning about the company’s products and services to provide informed support
What do you need?
- Previous experience in an office-based environment
- Experience as a sales administrator
- Strong customer service skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data entry
