Machine Operator

We have a brand-new opportunity to join a globally recognised manufacturer at their Glossop site as a Machine Operative with immediate effect.

This is a full-time position with plenty of overtime available, where you will be recognised as a key player within a dedicated and friendly team.

What’s on offer?

• £15.21 - £17.72 per hour
• Monday – Friday
• 3 week rotating shift pattern (6:00am – 2:00pm, 2:00pm – 10:00pm, 10:00pm – 6:00am)
• Overtime available at weekends at enhanced rates
• 22 days holiday + bank holidays (rising each year with length of service)

What will you be doing as a Machine Operative?

• Operating and maintaining production machinery
• Monitoring machine performance to ensure consistent output
• Performing quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
• Adhering to safety standards and reporting any equipment issues
• Assisting with production line tasks as needed

What do you need?

• Previous experience as a machine operator
• Experience in a fast-paced factory environment
• Flexibility with working hours
• Strong attention to detail
