As a Lunchtime Supervisor, your key responsibilities will include:

? Supervising students in the dining hall, playground, and other designated areas? Encouraging positive behaviour and social interaction among pupils? Ensuring student safety and wellbeing throughout the lunchtime period? Assisting with any incidents or concerns, following the school's policies and procedures? Working as part of a dedicated team to maintain a structured and enjoyable lunchtime experience

?? Previous experience working in a school or education setting is essential?? A strong commitment to student welfare and safeguarding?? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills?? The ability to remain calm, professional, and proactive in a busy school environment?? An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
