Pro-Resourcing Ltd, are currently recruiting on behalf of our client.
Our client, a well-established precision engineering business, currently requires a CNC Miller to join their team.
The position is full time, permanent.
Duties Include:
- Setting and operating HAASvertical machining centres.
- Producing components to required tolerances and quality standards.
- Finishing components to the highest quality standards.
- Making authorised amendments to CNC programmes to meet component design requirements.
- Carrying out quality checks to ensure components meet the required quality standards.
Experience:
- Experienced CNC miller setter/operator (Programming experience would be beneficial but not essential).
- Experience with FANUC controls would be beneficial.
- Experience using multi-axis CNC milling machines.
- Experience of CMM desirable.
- Able to manufacture precision components from fully understanding engineering drawings.
- Most important is a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Salary: 14.50 per hour - 19.50 per hour (Dependent on experience).
Optional overtime also available paid at time and a half.
Working hours: Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week (Day shift).
