Employment Solutions have an exciting opportunity for a CNC Turner within a rapidly growing engineering company specialising in high pressure regulators and valves, used primarily in the Oil & Gas sector.

We are seeking a highly skilled machinist with expertise in operating twin turret and twin spindle machines using Fanuc or Mitsubishi control systems. The role will involve overseeing smooth machining operations, promoting cross-training across the workshop, and supporting the development of team members to enhance overall productivity and skill levels.

Key Responsibilities
* Operate and maintain twin turret and twin spindle machines.
* Lead cross-training initiatives to enhance team capabilities.
* Ensure high standards of efficiency and precision in machining tasks.
* Provide training and guidance to less experienced machinists.
* Collaborate closely with the workshop team to drive continuous improvement.

Reporting directly to our Workshop Manager this is an excellent opportunity to be involved with a small dynamic company and to build on future opportunities within our growing business. We are looking for applicants who can provide solutions to any situations that may arise and bring a positive 'can do' approach to their work.

In return you'll receive a salary up to 40k DOE, there are flexible working hours and early and late shift options, with half-day finish on Fridays.

40 hour working week with 22 days holiday plus bank holidays, with this increasing to 25 days with tenure.
