About the RoleAs a Midday Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe, enjoyable, and inclusive environment for students during the midday break. This is a perfect position for someone who enjoys working with young people and thrives in a school setting.Your responsibilities will include:

• Supervising students in the dining areas, playgrounds, or other communal spaces.
• Encouraging positive behaviour and addressing minor incidents when necessary.
• Supporting students with any issues or concerns during lunchtime.
• Ensuring the school's health and safety policies are followed at all times.

This is a part-time role with immediate availability, and it offers an opportunity to become a valued member of a supportive school community.

About YouTo be considered for this role, you must:

• Have prior experience working within schools or the education sector.
• Be confident in managing groups of young people effectively and respectfully.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hold a valid DBS check on the update service or be willing to apply for one.
