About the Role:As an SEND Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting SEND students to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally within an inclusive classroom setting. You will work closely with teachers and other support staff to:

  • Provide tailored support to SEND students in one-on-one and small group settings.
  • Assist in creating effective learning strategies to meet individual educational goals.
  • Encourage positive behaviour, engagement, and independence among students.
