Job Title: Welder Fabricators, Platers and Sheet Metal Workers
Salary: 15 - 21ph
Tenture:12 weeks temporary to permanent
Metalis are currently in partnership with a steel fabricator who due to an increase in work orders are actively looking to recruit welder fabricators, platers and sheet metal workers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- MIG and TIG welding.
- Working with stainless, carbon, mild, nickel alloys and more.
- To interpret basic engineering drawings for parts to be fabricated/welded.
- Plating, welding and fabricating so skills including MIG/TIG welding, sheet metal, plating.
- Structural work and sheet metal.
- Time served or Apprentice trained.
- MIG and TIG welding.
- Welding qualifications and experience in an engineering environment essential.
- Ability to work safely and accurately with little supervision.
- A good team player.
- 15 - 21ph dependent on experience
- Monday - Friday days regular - 37.5 hours.
- Overtime in the week is T 1/3, Saturday T .
- 12 week temporary to permanent role.
