Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor or experienced Fee Earner with relevant legal expertise.
- Minimum of 1 year’s experience handling personal injury cases.
- Proven ability in negotiation and dispute resolution.
- Familiarity with Proclaim case management software.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Managing a diverse caseload of Employer Liability (EL), Public Liability (PL), and Road Traffic Accident (RTA) claims.
- Handling cases from instruction through to resolution, including pre-litigation and litigation stages.
- Conducting legal research, drafting documents, and liaising with clients and third parties.
- Engaging in negotiation and dispute resolution to achieve favourable client outcomes.
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and procedural requirements.
