An established law firm in Glossop is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Lawyer to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a varied claimant caseload within a supportive and professional environment.

Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor or experienced Fee Earner with relevant legal expertise.
  • Minimum of 1 year’s experience handling personal injury cases.
  • Proven ability in negotiation and dispute resolution.
  • Familiarity with Proclaim case management software.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Managing a diverse caseload of Employer Liability (EL), Public Liability (PL), and Road Traffic Accident (RTA) claims.
  • Handling cases from instruction through to resolution, including pre-litigation and litigation stages.
  • Conducting legal research, drafting documents, and liaising with clients and third parties.
  • Engaging in negotiation and dispute resolution to achieve favourable client outcomes.
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and procedural requirements.
