We’re looking for a Part-Time Administrator to join a dynamic business based in Glossop, High Peak. Joining a close-knit team, this role is perfect for someone who enjoys ensuring accuracy and efficiency in payroll processes, who is looking for flexible part-time hours to fit around their life.
What’s on offer?
- £12.50 - £14 per hour
- 20-30 hours per week (flexible between 8:00am – 6:00pm)
- Company pension scheme 3%

What will you be doing as an Administrator?
- Processing weekly and monthly payrolls for staff
- Managing employee records and updating payroll systems
- Calculating pay, overtime, bonuses, and deductions
- Ensuring compliance with HMRC regulations
- Answering payroll queries and providing general administrative support
What do you need?
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar payroll role
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data processing
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Knowledge of Brightpay or Xero would be beneficial
- Bookkeeping experience advantageous
