We’re hiring for a Production Supervisor to join a large-scale manufacturing site in Glossop.

What’s on offer?
- £16.03 per hour
- Monday – Friday 6:00am – 2:00pm / 2:00pm – 10:00pm
- Overtime available (depending on production demand)

What will you be doing as a Production Supervisor?
- Leading a team of Production Operatives to meet safety, cost, and quality targets
- Creating a safe working environment and carrying out H&S briefings
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives and promoting best practice
- Managing staffing levels and training needs within your area
- Supporting maintenance and engineering teams to keep assets running smoothly
- Monitoring supply of materials, overseeing stock takes, and keeping accurate records
- Ensuring all production documentation and procedures are maintained and up to date
- Acting as a role model for safety, performance, and engagement across your team
What do you need?
- 3–5 years of proven experience in a similar supervisory role
- Previous experience within a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience using SAP (desirable)
- ILM or IOSH qualifications (desirable)
