The Role:As a Midday Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the safety, wellbeing, and positive behaviour of students during the lunchtime period. Your responsibilities will include:
? Supervising students in the dining hall and outdoor areas? Encouraging good table manners and positive social interaction? Supporting students with any lunchtime needs or concerns? Ensuring a safe and orderly lunchtime environment? Upholding the school's policies and behaviour expectations
Requirements:?? Previous experience working in a school or education setting is essential?? A genuine passion for supporting students' welfare and development?? Strong communication and interpersonal skills?? The ability to work as part of a team and remain calm under pressure?? An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
