Provide outstanding care and safeguarding to young people aged 1117 with complex needs (EBD, trauma, behavioural challenges)
Lead shifts and support junior staff with daily routines, key working, and safeguarding practices
Actively support the emotional, social, educational and therapeutic needs of each young person
Work in close partnership with management, social workers, schools, and external agencies
Help maintain the homes high standards, record-keeping and compliance
Be flexible and committed, working a variety of shifts and residential trips
Experience in childrens residential care
Previous team-leading or shift-leading experience
Level 3 or 4 in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
Must be able to drive manual vehicles
Committed to full-time work, including sleep-ins
Strong safeguarding awareness & a team-player mindset
Passionate about supporting vulnerable young people to thrive
