Role Responsibilities
  • Gaining an understanding of client systems and processes to determine the direction of testing
  • Conducting client and industry research to assist in the planning process, including risk identification
  • Completing assigned audit tasks within set deadlines, covering all aspects of the balance sheet and P&L
  • Analysing financial statements for anomalies and ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Liaising with clients to gather relevant information and supporting documentation
  • Assisting senior staff with complex audit areas and significant risk assessments
  • Reporting on and advising management regarding identified internal control observations and misstatements
  • Participating in year-end stock counts and other key audit activities
