Duties:

Responsible for overseeing the school's financial operations, ensuring robust financial management,

compliance with regulatory standards, and

strategic financial planning.

This role involves budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and maintaining accurate financial records.

The Financial Controller will lead and develop the finance team, support the establishments strategic initiatives with financial insights, and ensure/ long-term financial stability and growth

Experience

You will be a qualified accountant with a minimum of 5 years experience in financial management, preferably within the education sector or a similar non-profit environment. What is most important though is proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Experience in managing audits and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
