Reporting to the Financial Controller (with a dotted line to the Finance Team Leader), you will provide accurate and timely review of the PDQ reconciliation for the Group, ensuring all debt is offset and allocated precisely. In addition, communicating summarised remittances of settled funds to the Concessionaires.

Responsibilities

- Daily upkeep of the PDQ register, detailing activity by event.

- Cross check submitted excel reconciliations from each Division to the bank statement.

- Investigate any variances from the reconciliations back to source data, partnering with Divisions to resolve.

- Using the PDQ income received to settle any associated event based sales invoices.

- Upload payments to Lloyds Commercial Banking system.

- Timely Sage 50 cash book postings, ensuring that both the bank and Concessionaire Customer accounts are accurate.

- Create manual itemised remittance advices, detailing the allocation of PDQ income received, to related debt and payments back to Concessionaires.

- Consolidate Group debt reports for monthly review.

- Monthly KPI’s by Division raising any issues as they arise.

- Provide support for departmental colleagues as required and any other duties that may be required from time to time for the smooth running of the business.

Candidate Attributes:

- Competent in bank postings and reconciliations and resolving of any issues arising.

- Excellent planning and time management skills with ability to consistently meet exacting deadlines.

- Demonstrate experience of working in a varied role, managing time efficiently to meet all deadlines and multi-task.

- High level of numeracy and literacy.
