What You'll Do:
- Client Portfolio Management: Oversee a diverse portfolio of clients, providing expert accounting services and building strong client relationships.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and develop your team, driving growth through training and appraisals.
- Financial Reporting and Compliance: Produce insightful monthly financial reports, manage VAT returns, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Project Engagement: Engage in exciting projects, from budgeting and forecasting to advising on accounting systems, assisting with fundraising, and providing strategic business planning advice.
What We're Looking For:
- ACA/ACCA Qualification: Proven expertise in management accounting and VAT across various industries.
- Client Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple clients effectively, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and service.
- Team Leadership: A natural leader who can inspire and develop a high-performing team.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional ability to analyse data and tackle complex problems.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, Xero, and Sage.
