What You’ll Do:

• Client Management: Oversee a portfolio of corporate (non-audit) clients, ensuring they have access to accurate and timely financial information.
• Project Work: Provide expert advice on accounting systems and controls, assist with fundraising efforts, and offer strategic business planning.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate strong client relationships, becoming their go-to advisor for most issues.
• Team Development: Mentor and support staff development, including training and appraisals.
• Dynamic Environment: Foster a vibrant workplace where individual talents thrive within a cohesive team.
• Efficiency Improvements: Review and refine internal practices to boost efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualifications: ACA/ACCA qualified.

• Tech Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Xero, and Sage.
