Carter Rolan Group are searching for a Hybrid Financial Controller with NetSuite experience to join our client based in Gloucester. Our client is an SME Tech Business who are involved in some extremely exciting projects.
You willhandle key financial tasks such as preparing management accounts, performing reconciliations, and supporting cash collection efforts. The role involves working closely with business leaders to provide insights, resolve financial issues, and drive process improvements.
Some of the key responsibilities:
- Prepare management accounts and highlight financial trends.
- Reconcile accounts, post month-end journals, and manage intercompany transactions.
- Oversee Accounts Payable/Receivable and ensure timely resolution of invoices.
- Support audit processes and contribute to financial forecasts.
- Accurate monthly finance reports.
- Timely reconciliations and invoice processing.
- Effective cash collection.
Ideal Candidate:
- ACA / CIMA / ACCA qualified or equivalent experience.
- Must have NetSuite Experience.
- Strong Excel skills and communication abilities.
- Proactive, problem-solving mindset.
