Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Efficiently process and dispatch customer invoices.
- Oversee the accounts receivable ledger to ensure prompt payments.
- Address and resolve customer queries as they arise.
- Manage company credit cards and handle initial approval for monthly expense claims.
- Accurately and promptly maintain internal pricing systems.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in handling finance transactions.
- Ability to excel in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Actively pursuing an accounting qualification (AAT preferred).
