We are seeking a temporary Admissions Assistant to join our admissions team in a higher education setting. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in an admissions role within a university, focusing on processing applications using our student records system. Familiarity with SITS (Student Information Technology System) is highly desirable. We are looking for someone who can start immediately.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Process student applications efficiently using the SITS system.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth admissions process.
  • Handle inquiries and provide information to prospective students and applicants.
  • Assist in the preparation and organisation of admissions events and activities.
