Salary: £45,000 + £10,000 bonus + car or allowance

Our client is seeking to expand their team of highly skilled and commercially motivated clinical nurse specialists to work in the community near the Gloucester area on a full or part-time basis.

As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you must possess in-depth experience in urological healthcare, demonstrate strong commercial awareness, and have a passion for working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Most importantly, you should have an unwavering commitment to providing the best patient experience, allowing you to spend quality time with patients and make a real difference in their lives.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess patients within their own homes or alternative care settings in relation to their continence/urology needs.
  • Identify the most appropriate products for patient use and provide guidance on their proper usage.
  • Collaborate with the nationwide sales team to identify new referral opportunities and help develop commercial strategies for healthcare products and services.
  • Promote the home delivery service to both patients and professionals.
  • Educate and provide training to healthcare providers on the proper use of products and services.
  • Support care homes by offering educational sessions for staff and conducting ongoing reviews of resident needs.
  • Effectively manage your own caseload of referrals and prioritize according to clinical need.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration between clinical and commercial teams.
  • Continuously update your knowledge on healthcare industry advancements and trends while keeping up with all mandatory training.
  • Be willing to travel across the country as needed and attend team meetings in Leeds/Bradford when requested.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Registered General Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC Pin.
  • Proven experience as a clinical nurse with a solid understanding of clinical best practices.
  • Natural ability to put patients at ease with kindness, good humor when appropriate, and encouragement.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to communicate effectively with patients, healthcare professionals, and business stakeholders.
  • Previous experience in a commercial role within the healthcare industry.
  • Experience working independently in the community.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and processes in healthcare.
  • Full Clean Driving License.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office.
