Experience required for this ASB Team Lead role:

Able to deliver a high-performing ASB service to residents.
Manage a team
Collaborate with external agencies such as social services, police as and when required to deliver successful partnerships promoting safeguarding.
Manage high-level ASB cases, and domestic violence.
Knowledgeable around legal processes, safeguarding and best practices.
