Marketing Communications Account Manager

Gloucestershire

£30k-36k + £3600 tax free bonus (non-guaranteed)

Flexible working, 35-hour week, 4 days remote/1 day office based

Option to work a 4-day week, either on a part-time basis or a condensed week

Marketing Communications Account Manager required for a busy agency in Gloucestershire, you’ll have experience in communications and the full marketing mix.

You’ll be responsible for managing relationships with clients, implementing marcomms plans, delivering marketing and communications campaigns, plus supporting the agencies marketing and growth. Projects could range from creating content - whitepapers, web cop, social media etc, SEO, re-brands, lead generation, events, marketing collateral, you name it!

Working on a B2B client base, across a number of industries, namely tech, construction, logistics and retail.

Skills required:

A marketing communications agency OR in-house marketing background

Superb writing skills and ability to generate ideas and campaigns for clients

Ideally marketing qualified and experience of working with marketing, creative and comms teams

On AND offline experience essential

Previous B2B client experience, this role will focus on technology and construction/logistics - experience in this area would be great! Other areas include grocery retail, public sector, membership events, and not-for-profit

Duties:

Implementing marketing and communications campaigns with support from the account directors

Producing written content for clients - social media posts, social media adverts, blogs, news articles, landing pages, advert copy or video scripts.

Using a range of software and platforms to deliver campaigns - social media scheduling tools, email marketing software, Canva, Google Analytics.

Creating detailed briefs for in-house designers and web developer

Contributing to the strategic planning of integrated multi-channel marketing and communications campaigns

Developing and updating client marketing plans

Reporting on activity, KPIs and online statistics
