Job Title: CMM Inspector 

Location: Gloucestershire 

We are currently searching for an experienced Quality Inspector who has experience with CMM and other measuring tools. This role is to support production processes and provide process support to all manufacturing and assembly areas of the business.

  • You will be responsible for processing all non-conformances using appropriate software packages and prepare detailed reports. 
  • Processing, progressing and facilitating manufacturing and assembly non-conformances.
  • Contributing to manufacturing and assembly process development through PFMEA, control plans and other process improvement methodologies.
  • Facilitating and supporting measurement system analysis studies

Key skills and experience – Quality Engineer

  • Quality background is essential
  • Experience in manufacturing and assembly environment
  • Experience in continuous improvement methodologies
  • Ability to identify non-conformances and implement corrective actions.
  • Experience in calibrations of equipment.
  • Experience with using CMM
