Field Service Engineer required for an industry leader in controlled environmental technologies. This is a great opportunity to join a reputable company who can offer job security, and the opportunity to work within major universities and research institutions.
Candidates will be experienced engineers and can come from any industry background. You will need to be competent both electrically and mechanically.
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out service and repair works to HVAC equipment in line with the company’s maintenance contracts. This will include working with pumps, chilled water systems, air source heating and ventilation.
The role will be based from home, however, you will visit client sites all over the UK. Key projects are currently taking place in locations such as Kent, Oxford, Swansea, Birmingham and Surrey, so travel will be focused on the South.
The Field Service Engineer Role:
• Electrical and mechanical maintenance to HVAC equipment
• Service and repair activities
• Approx. 60% independent working
• Travel to client sites all over the UK with a focus on the South
