Are you a Structural Engineer or similar looking to join a specialist company working on a dynamic project base across the Commercial and Residential sectors in a role offering support to progress to Chartership and senior roles within the business?

This tight-knit company have seen steady growth since their establishment in 1981 to the point they have 14 employees, whilst building a loyal client base across the Residential , Commercial and Engineering sectors. Due to an ever increasing workload they are looking to grow their friendly team.

In this varied role you will be responsible for attending Design meetings with Senior Team Members and working with clients from cradle to grave in a wide range of industries including High-End Residential, Commercial and Education. Further to this you will be detailing and modelling new projects and conducting site visits, as you get supported by the company in full pursuit of chartership.

This varied role would suit a Structural Engineer looking to join a dynamic company who will put you through full chartership in order to be recognised as a master of the professional field.

The role:

• Play a leading role in a range of building projects.
• Lead projects independently and work collaboratively on a range of contracts.
• Structural design and analysis on a range of projects.
• 38 hour weeks flexible working around core hours
• Full support for Chartership

The person:

• Structural Engineer or similar
• Looking for a role offering support for Chartership
• Commutable to Gloucester
