I am excited to be supporting a specialist Architectural practice whose vast portfolio of award-winning projects has driven their success over the last 40 years. They are specialist within residential, listed buildings and conservation sectors as well as having several new builds, barn conversions, leisure and hotel projects. By joining this thriving practice you will not only have access to exciting and significant projects, but will also be joining a close knit friendly team who have cultivated a supportive working environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented Technical Architect to join this well-established RIBA Chartered Practice in the stunning surroundings of the Cotswolds/ Gloucestershire.

The successful Technical Architect will be passionate about delivering innovative designs on residential and conservation projects, with a strong technical bias and excellent AutoCAD and Revit knowledge.

Responsibilities, skills and experience for the role of Technical Architect:

  • ARB registered
  • Couple of years of Post Part Three Qualification experience in a UK based practice
  • Revit proficiency is advantageous
  • Working knowledge of using AutoCAD
  • Experience with conservation and heritage projects
  • Proven record working on varying scale residential projects
  • Excellent technical abilities is essential
  • Passion for delivering creative and sustainable designs
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Work well within a close knit team environment
  • Excited to input to company growth
  • Proactive and positive attitude
  • Confident working across all RIBA stages
  • Ability to produce high quality technical drawings
  • Thorough knowledge of current building regulations is essential
  • Must live locally to the Cotswolds/ Gloucestershire
