Konker is currently recruiting for an Architect to join the growing healthcare division of one of the leading RIBA practices in the area. Based in their Gloucester office, we are looking for an ARB Registered Architect with some healthcare or care home experience. You will be joining a well-established, reputable practice in the Gloucester area. Boasting over 100 employees, this practice is dedicated to growth, stemming from their outstanding quality of work and repeat business from lasting client relationships. Firstly, you will be working with a team of Architectural professionals, eager and ready to support you, at a highly accomplished business, the kind that is dedicated to investing time in propelling your career with them long term. You will be working on many projects within the healthcare sector. It is worth noting, that numerous people within this team have multiple people now working at a senior level and have progressed from entry-level roles, showcasing the clear and genuine progression pathways on offer here. This hybrid working role consists of 2 days at home and 3 in the office. Flexible start and finish times are available as well as regular CPDs and ample support and mentoring from associates. The office has on-site parking and is located close to the train station. The salary for this Architect position is between £33K - £40K depending on previous experience. Candidates will have previously worked as an Architect within the UK and will be ARB-registered
Experience with healthcare or care home sector is required
Confidence in detailing and presenting
Must be familiar with using Revit in practice
Should live within commutable distance from Gloucester
